Why You Should Use Facebook Marketing?

Facebook is the biggest social media company & the biggest social media platform in the world. Facebook has1.56 billion daily active users according to HubSpot. (that’s 20% of the world’s population).

Facebook is a platform that offers a variety of highly targeted paid ads and organic posts, allowing brands to put their products and services in front of a massive audience.

What is Facebook Marketing?

To run advertisements through Facebook is called Facebook marketing. You can run ads on Facebook in image, infographic & video form.

Skills Required to be a Good Facebook Marketer-:

There are some must-required skills if you want to be a  Facebook expert or overall social media expert. These skills are-:

1. Effective Communication:

Effective communication is an essential part of not only digital marketing but also overall marketing & entrepreneurship. So you have to continuously work on your communication skill (it’s a process, not the destination).

Without having good communication skills it is very hard to build good relations with customers and you know, in business or marketing relations are everything.

Communication doesn’t mean only speaking a particular language very well. Good communication skills mean how well you are able to express your thoughts by your words, and by your body language (by your gesture and posture).

2. Impressive Writing

If you want to become a social media expert then you have to also work on your writing skills. Writing skill is very necessary to become a marketer in copywriting, content creation and in many other things.

Writing skill is also required to create a good and effective social media post or an ad in infographic form. Writing skills are also required to engage people on social media platforms with content and many more things. We will talk more about these topics on separate blogs in the upcoming weeks.

3. Creativity

I would say creativity is the #1skill to become an effective Facebook marketer (social media marketer). You need to think creatively before creating an ad on Facebook ads or with other social media platforms.

You have to create an ad that grabs attention quickly & makes a lasting impression on your audience. If your ad would not good enough then your audience will forget about your ad and eventually the audience will forget about the product or the service related to that ad.

And the other aspect is according to some human psychological research people judge a product or service based on their feeling or experience by seeing the advertisement of that particular product or service.

So customer experience is the most essential part of a business or a marketing plan. That’s why nowadays companies spending millions of dollars to providing a good customer experience.

At present time in the age of the internet, today’s customer or consumer are having the most amount of information & knowledge, which the customer had never before.

So it is very hard to fool or sell a low-quality product for today’s new-age customers, that’s why providing value and giving a good experience is the only way to sell products or services & compare with other large players of the market.

4. Efficiency & Time Management

Efficiency and time management are also important skills for Facebook marketing. How do you block or divide 24 hours of the day or the total time period of your ad campaign to get the maximum value of your decided ad budget?

To effectively manage your budget & time you have to invest lots of time in researching. I feel ‘marketing is less about doing and more about researching’. We will discuss this statement in my upcoming blogs in the upcoming weeks.

5. Knowledge of Traditional & Digital Marketing

Digital marketing is less about digital and more about marketing. That’s why it is important to know the basics of marketing & work on your marketing skills regularly to become a good digital marketer.

If you know how to advertise on Facebook & other social media channels, you have a mastery in using all the social media tools or digital marketing tools but you don’t know enough about marketing, customer behavior, and human psychology then you will not succeed as a digital marketer or social media expert also.

So knowing marketing is more important than knowing the digital tools because digital is only a medium, not the whole thing.

6. Building Connections or Networking

Social media marketing is all about building connections or networks. The primary use of social media is networking. People are directly related to business or profit. So more people or networking mean more business and the same for visa-versa. This is the power of social media that we can enhance our connections very rapidly without going outside physically.

So if you want to build your network then use social media wisely.

7. Flexibility & Fast Learning Attitude

If you want to succeed in social media marketing for a long period of time then you have to develop a fast learning attitude with the flexibility to change in learnings what you already learned.

Social media is changing very rapidly day by day because every other day some new social media tools are coming into the market which is affecting the new age user or customers.

So it is very important to keep updated with time and all the new technologies and changes.

If you want to win in long run then never resist the change. Try to learn things quickly and adapt to the change as quickly as possible.

Must Requirement to Create a Facebook Ad-:

Facebook Account

To create a Facebook ads account, a Facebook account is a must. Al the other things are linked with Facebook id. Without having a Facebook account you can’t create a Facebook ad or you can’t even create a Facebook page or Facebook group or any other activity on Facebook.

Facebook Page

Then second thing after creating a Facebook account or id you have to first create a Facebook page to create a Facebook ads account.

You can create a Facebook page inside your personal Facebook account or any type of Facebook account (personal or business).

A Facebook page is like a Facebook id that is managed by that particular Facebook id or account. If you want to create a brand then create a Facebook account with that brand name and the Facebook page also with the same name. Keep your business profile picture the same across all the social media channels.

Things You Should Do Before Creating a Facebook Ad Account-:

  1. Set goals for your Facebook ads

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
